How long does a sale usually take?

We work to a guaranteed 90-day sale timeline for exclusive mandates. With an accurate valuation and professional marketing, most properties sell within that window. If we don't manage it in 90 days, you receive a commission reduction of up to 100%.

How much is the commission and when do I pay it?

The commission is 3% + VAT for an exclusive mandate, with no upfront costs. You pay it once, when the contract is signed at the notary. If we sell below 90% of the estimated price, you pay no commission at all.

Which documents do I need in order to sell?

The essentials are: the title deed, the land registry extract, your ID, the energy performance certificate and the cadastral plan. If something is missing, or you are dealing with an inheritance or a registration issue, we help you put the paperwork in order.

Can I withdraw the mandate if I am not satisfied?

Yes. The exclusive mandate is what allows us to guarantee your price and timeline, but it does not lock you in. The withdrawal terms are set out clearly in the contract, and if we fall short of your expectations, the price and timeline guarantees are reflected in the commission.

Based on our valuation, we commit to finding a buyer for your property within a maximum of 90 days. If we don't, you receive a fee reduction of up to 100%. With the Guaranteed Sale Timeline, you sell with confidence.

When you sign an Exclusivity Agreement with us, we commit to making every effort to find a buyer within a maximum of 90 days.

After that period, you receive a 20% reduction of our commission per month, up to a full 100%.
