I have been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years and a real estate consultant at VIB since 2014. I built and ran businesses in trade, distribution, logistics and retail, and that shaped how I negotiate, sell, build business relationships and find solutions.
I developed a nationwide grain distribution business handling more than 5,000 tonnes a month, and worked hands-on in purchasing, transport and building sales networks. Along the way, I also bought, developed and sold real estate.

ABOUT
In real estate, I understand the owner's side as well as the buyer's or investor's. I work with apartments, houses and villas, land and commercial space in and around Bucharest, and most of my work has come through recommendations.
When we work together, I start from what each client really needs. I look closely at the property and the market, then negotiate for an agreement that works for both sides, with the same perseverance that helped me build businesses for three decades.
At heart, I have been an intermediary all my life: I understood what one side needed, found the other side, and built the road between them. Today I do the same in real estate.

Advice and brokerage for owners, buyers and investors: sales and rentals of apartments, houses and villas, land and commercial space in and around Bucharest, plus management of rented apartments. Since 2026, founder of the Imobiliare București Live community, with live sessions for owners who want to sell or rent more effectively.

Brokerage in the grain and agricultural produce trade: building relationships between producers, suppliers and buyers, and coordinating purchasing, transport and distribution. From 2005, food retail: fruit and vegetable shops with their own supply and distribution chain.

Trade and distribution: developing and running several outlets, including shops and specialised points of sale for grain and agricultural produce.
